Throughout her musical career, Noemi has achieved considerable success in national and international piano competitions, earning recognition for her technical ability, musical interpretation and dedication to her instrument. Her achievements include numerous awards at competitions in Latvia, the Baltic countries and France.

Among her most notable accomplishments are three Grand Prix awards at the Raising Stars competition, first prize at the International Piano Competition Young Virtuoso, and first prize at the Concours Musical de France, where she also received a special Chopin Prize. These achievements reflect the high musical standards she has maintained throughout her development as a pianist.

Alongside her competition successes, Noemi has gained extensive experience as a performing musician. She has participated in numerous concerts and music festivals, appearing as a solo pianist, accompanist and chamber musician. Her varied performance background has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of musical interpretation, collaboration and the expressive possibilities of the piano.

Noemi has also performed with a symphony orchestra on numerous occasions, gaining valuable experience in orchestral collaboration and large-scale musical performance. Playing alongside other accomplished musicians requires exceptional listening skills, precision and musical awareness, qualities that have contributed to her development as a well-rounded and versatile pianist.

Her experience in chamber music and accompaniment has further enriched her musical understanding. Working closely with other instrumentalists has strengthened her appreciation of musical dialogue, balance and phrasing, allowing her to approach both solo and ensemble repertoire with greater sensitivity and insight.

Committed to her continued artistic and professional development, Noemi has attended masterclasses with some of the world's most respected classical pianists and educators, including Mikhail Voskresensky, Dmitri Alexeev, Dmitri Bashkirov and Mitsuko Uchida. These opportunities have allowed her to explore different approaches to piano technique, musical interpretation and performance, broadening her artistic perspective and deepening her understanding of the instrument.

Beyond her accomplishments as a performer, Noemi is a passionate and exceptionally patient piano teacher who takes great pleasure in sharing her musical knowledge with others. She understands that learning the piano is a deeply personal experience and that every student approaches the instrument with different aspirations, abilities and musical interests.

Noemi particularly enjoys working with adult students of all levels, from complete beginners discovering the piano for the first time to more experienced pianists wishing to refine their technique and expand their repertoire. She recognises that adults often balance their musical ambitions with busy professional and personal lives, and she appreciates the importance of making lessons both productive and enjoyable.

Her extensive classical training and performance experience provide a strong foundation for helping students develop their technical abilities, musical understanding and confidence at the piano. Whether a student wishes to improve their reading skills, develop greater coordination, explore classical repertoire or gain a deeper appreciation of musical interpretation, Noemi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the learning process.

For students who already have some experience, her background as a concert pianist allows her to offer valuable guidance on more advanced aspects of piano playing, including phrasing, articulation, dynamics, tone production and musical expression. She understands that becoming an accomplished pianist involves much more than playing the correct notes; it requires developing an understanding of the music and the ability to communicate its character and emotion.

One of Noemi's most admirable qualities as a teacher is her patience and ability to put students at ease. She understands that learning a musical instrument can sometimes feel challenging, particularly for adults who may be starting later in life or returning to the piano after a long break. Her supportive and encouraging manner helps students approach these challenges with confidence and enjoy the satisfaction of making steady progress.

Noemi believes in the value of developing a genuine connection with music. Her aim is not simply to help students acquire technical skills, but also to encourage their curiosity, nurture their musical independence and inspire a lasting enjoyment of piano playing.

With her distinguished musical education, international competition achievements, extensive performing experience and warm, patient approach to teaching, Noemi brings an exceptional combination of musical expertise and personal dedication to her lessons.

Whether students are taking their very first steps at the piano or looking to develop their existing abilities, Noemi offers a welcoming and inspiring learning experience, helping each individual discover the pleasure, satisfaction and personal fulfilment that come from making music.
